waarrom zou je je benen in de lucht doen? Je hebt toch veel meer stabiliteit als je ze neerzet. Op die manier kan je ook zwaarder.

zo mijn log gaat tijdelijk op slot ...ivm elke dag een 3 uur overwerken trainen zal dus niet zo zijn zoals het moet ;eigenlijk hoop ik wel alles te kunnen vasthouden maar dat zal ook moeilijk gaan worden .Als alles goed is gaan we in Juli weer van start...

Toch maar es met het vrouwtje praten over een home gym jacky bijna 2 maanden niet doen is geen keuze
