98 kilo aardig gewicht

Ik ben bijna aan die stats van jou, ben pas sinds een maand bezig met dumbell drukken dus komt wel goed denk ik.
Voor mij is die morgen weer aan de beurt.

Ja idd.. al hoe wel ik dik in de bulk zit, wil dus elke training keihard knallen haha.
En weeg maar 77 dus.
100 druk ik in een goede bui, terwijl ik vorige winter 110 paar keer drukte.. haha vage shit.. maar de tijd zal het leren..

we knallen gewoon door Jacky!!!

rotator cuffs zijn kleine spieren in je schouders en die vergeet bijna iedereen te trainen ik dus eerst ook en heb daar last van gekregen en ik doe nu sinds een maandje oefeningen daarvoor en die werken

hee, bedankt voor de uitleg over rotator cuffs, ik deed zelf vandaag iets te gek met de gewichten, en dat kostte een heftige pijn in mijn linker pols.
En daar heb ik al een behoorlijke tijd een ontsteking in gehad.

gaat zeker weer lekker zo te zien..
Je moet binnekort eens wat zwaardere sets proberen!!
Zeker met dumbell press enzo.. Deed ik ook paar keer, gaat steeds beter.

Weet zeker dat je makkelijk 6 x 36 ken pakken..

Ja weet niet hoe je het tegenwoordig wil aan pakken, maar omdat je nog steeds hoog in Reps zit.
