stats vallen wel mee maar kan behoorlijk wat gewicht verzetten;maar ben al jaren aan het trainen en dat helpt ook wel .

105 kilo lengte 1.80 denk 18% bf (moet naar de 12 toe dit jaar voor de zomer)

ik geraak niet boven 80 kg

train al 19 jaar nu

ik heb een veel te snelle stofwisseling

ik eet nochtans 3000 cal per dag

ik ben wel tevreden omdat ik nooit 100kg zal worden he

dus bruut ferm

ik ben al bezig, met calorien ect, omlaag te doen, heb me griesmeelpap s'ochtends vervangen voor magere kwark, dus das al 500 calorien minder, en das dus 30 gram eiwitten meer in de ochtend..
binnenkort gaat de weightgainger er af.. daarna de brinta.. denk ik of misschien niet..

en zowieso gaan de snacks enzo eff afgelopen zijn.. en dan schiet het op!!

cardioen fatburnertje.. en trainen als een beest en beachboy awerrness
