gisteren met een nieuw schema begonnen supersets:
bankdrukken 4x8......100 kilo samen met
vlakke flies 4x8......20 kilo

schuin dumbbells 3x8....36 kilo samen met
schuine flies 3x8....18 kilo

decline benchpress 2x8....90 kilo samen met
cable cross over 2x8.....35 kilo

triceps:
dippen machine 4x8......70 kilo samen met
press down recht 4x8.....70 kilo

dippen tussen bankjes 3x8 bw samen met
dumbbell extension 3x8....16 kilo

reverse press down 2x8....50 kilo samen met
touw press down 2x8.....45 kilo

daarna 20 minuten interval cardio

werk hier ook enorm aan
in de kickfun wordt er door de trainer veel aandacht besteed aan buikspieroefeningen nog een beetje mijn in de winter opgebouwde vetlaag wegwerken
