de trainer vind het maar een circus oefening maar ik vind het toch stom dat ik het niet kan,ga het binnenkort toch maar weer eens stiekem oefenen denk ik..

tja die lunges hmmm misschien toch eens proberen dan deze week

rug en biceps:

t-bar rows breed 4x8....85 kilo samen met
t-bar smal 4x8....75 kilo

lat pull down 3x10.....80 kilo samen met
lat pull down smal 3x10....75 kilo

lat pull down voor 2x12...70 kilo samen met
lat pull down gestrekt 2x12....40 kilo


barbell curl 3x8......45kilo samen met
dumbbell curl schuin 3x8....14 kilo

preacher curl 3x10.....40 kilo samen met
dumbbell curl zittend 3x10.......14 kilo

high cable curl 2x12......20 kilo
hammer curl 2x12.......10 kilo


echt vermoeiend dit dus ach een maandje dit volhouden en eens kijken wat dit heeft gedaan

hehe heb net super lunches gehad uitsmijter kaas en tosti's hehe

Ja de Lunges zijn wel geinig het rare is je voelt het focking erg en gebruik nog niet eens gewicht extra.
En die Squat met 1 been, dan sta ik op een verhoging en zak ik door 1 been maar das niet zo heel diep hoor.

had trouwens gister ook schouder dag pff altijd zwaar.
