hmmm rustig aan maar het gaat de goede kant op ...alleen de plannen zijn gewijzigd qua voeding over 2 weken worden er koolhydraten geladen en eens kijekn welk effect dat heeft

en we zijn weer terug naar het massa-schema kijken of ik nog iets kan groeien

borst :
bankdrukken 5x8........100 kilo heel rustig en de beentjes omhoog
schuin bankdrukken 5x8.....80 kilo
decline bankdrukken 4x8....85 kilo
dippen 3x8....bw

buik gedaan

voeding weer wat aangepast nu meer koolhydraten erin en dan vooral rond de training
aan de gang met x-targo, purple-wrath en bcaa in poedervorm eens een 2 maand proberen.

dit gaat over gisteren :was ziek maar toch maar gegaan
rug t-bar rows 5x8....100 kilo
seated rows smal 4x8....90 kilo en toen kwam het ik ga zitten voor de vijfde set en jawel het schiet in mijn onderrug rustig aan heel licht door getraind met de gedachte van ik train het er misschien uit;wat dus niet zo is...
lat pull down voor 4x8.....60 kilo
pull down voor smal 3x8....50 kilo

gevolg nog steeds last al een paar dalfogans forte genomen;probeer wel in beweging te blijven en af en toe wat te fietsen op een hometrainer ...maar volgende week gaan we weer knallen als het kan en daar ga ik gewoon van uit.
