Ga vanaf zondag dips en pullups toevoegen aan me schema, zal er dus als volgt uit komen te zien:

Workout A
Squats - 3x5
Bench - 3x5
Deadlift - 1x5
Dips - 2x8-12
abs


Workout B

Squats - 3x5
Standing Press - 3x5
BOR - 3x5
Pullup - 2x8-12

Pullups kan ik er nog geen 8 aan een stuk door. Zal dus in het begin gaan voor 16 stuks totaal, todat ik minstens 1 set van 8 kan maken Zal ze met palmen van me af doen.

Kon me echt totaal niet focussen vandaag, zat me aan alles te irriteren. Me broek zat niet lekker, stoorde me aan mensen etc. Vreselijk. Volgende training hou ik squat en bench hetzelfde om revenge te nemen

Van barbell OH press overgestapt naar seated dumbbell press. Gewicht van de barbell was ik al bijna tot de max van de sportschool, en de grote barbell met losse gewichten hebben geen sluiters. Daar ga ik het dus niet mee doen. Ter compensatie omdat ik dit nu seated doe zal ik volgende keer bij training B 1h dumbbell cleans bijvoegen om toch nog wat core training te hebben.

Ook deze keer voor het eerst barbell BOR gedaan. Met dumbbells zat ik bij 30kg, en kon makkelijk hoger. Maar dumbbells gaan maar tot 36kg dus ben vast overgestapt naar barbell. Hierbij is geen sluitstuk nodig dus kan rustig losse gewichten erop knallen. Licht begonnen om techniek door te krijgen. Voelde voorlopig goed aan, ook aan een begeleider daar hulp gevraagt voor de houding. Ging top

Dropset bicep+tricep voor de lol, had ik gewoon zin an Ik wijk wel een beetje van rippetoe af op deze manier, maar de hoofdlijnen blijven hetzelfde. Rippetoe heeft me aardig weer op kracht geholpen, dus ga het nu stukje bij beetje aanpassen voor een schema op maat dat lekker voelt voor mij.
