deze training viel wel mee, had een weekje niet kunnen trainen omdat ik wat dingen moest regelen. Ga binnenkort ook van sportschool veranderen, hopelijk veel mooi spul daarzo

ik zou die dumbell row vervangen voor deadlift ofzo.. je doet in mijn ogen anders 2x het zelfde

deadlift zit bij training A, heb rug vandaag wat extra aangepakt vandaar de "dubbele" oefeningen. Dus ja het is een bewuste keuze

Druk bezig met verhuizen etc, toch even tijd gemaakt voor trainen anders komt het er maar niet van.

Ben bijna klaar met verhuizen, ga dan met meer regelmaat trainen. Krachtverlies is minimaal dus ik maak me geen zorgen Ga voortaan dips + pullups zonder tegengewicht doen. Voor mijn part doe ik 10 setjes van 2 a 3 reps, gaat vanzelf wel omhoog
