borst en biceps gedaan
inclined bench press 3x10 met 49 kg
2x bench press narrow(49 kg) and wide (35 kg)
cross over (25 kg)

biceps curl met curlmachine en isolated curl met 30 kg
biceps curl met gewicht 12 kg 3x15
biceps push down met 45 kg

10 min roeien met interval 30 sec. op het gemak - 30 sec. intens
total 1700 m
goede douche

eventjes nog eens wat nieuws van mij
dinsdag nog steeds kickfun
donderdag zaterdag en zondag splittraining en steeds cardio
zal vanaf volgende week wegens tijdelijke stopzetting kickfun in de maanden juni juli en augustus nieuwe cursus van bodycombat volgen en dit op woensdag zou ongeveer hetzelfde zijn als kickfun maar zonder bokszuil
vanaf september terug kickfun
wie doet er nog aan sport nooit geen enkele notitie meer van Jackie, Tjer, Zippie enz....
gaat er veel harder aan toe op duchbodybuilding............
wel mannen aan de slag hé dit forum is bijna stervensdood
