heb het vandaag rustig gehouden
16 min. wandelen aan 4 km/uur op loopband met progressieve helling tot 16%
3x bench press met 50 kg
3x cross over met 25 kg
oefeningen voor de heupen
10 min. op crosstrainer
oefeningen voor de abductoren
40 min.cardio op hometrainer
heb geen buikspieroefeningen durven doen door het feit met die endoscopie dinsdag
zal toch nog vlug maandag gaan trainen om geen dag te verliezen

dat was het
heb echografie in het ziekenhuis ondergaan
moet maandag 28/01/08 voor 1 dag in ziekenhuis voor endoscopie en coloscopie voor alle zekerheid
mag ondertussen trainen van specialist-dokter
dus ga er op 24 en 26 jan tegenaan
durf echter geen buikspieroefeningen te doen

goedzo.. Misschien ook wel handig om oefeningen die veel druk veroorzaken ook een beetje te vermijden.. is misschien wel kut.. maar misschien wel slimmer.

- 40 min.cardio op hometrainer
- 5x12 bicepsoef. met curl machine met 25 kg
- oefeningen voor de abductoren
- 3x10 triceps pulldown met 30 kg
geen buikspieroefeningen gedaan afwachten tot na het onderzoek maandag

Ik zou je cardio na je workout doen, hoezo.. ik zie je die crosstrainer doen, daar gebruik je je armen bij met name biceps:
vervolgens ga je biceps oefening doen, en heb je gewoon wat minder energie en kracht.

en je traint maar 1 oefening voor de biceps en 1 voor de triceps?
uhh mag er gerust meer doen hoor je wilt toch dat ze groeien!!!
