heb gisteren kick-fun gedaan
1 uur workout olv van een professionele lesgever
met een stootkussen en bokshandschoenen worden boks- en traptechnieken aangeleerd en dit op muziek.
amai goed voor de fysiek mannen zweten zweten en nogeens zweten
opbouw van de spiermassa, zelfcontrole en stressbestendig
eerst 10 min warming-up
dan de uiteindelijke training ongeveer 40 min met o.a. 200 x pompen (goed voor mijn biceps )
10 à 15 min. cooldown met stretching.

vandaag trainen geweest
- 10 min warming-up op loopband
- biceps en triceps getrained (eenarmig gecurled met bicepscurl tot 35 kg amaai was de moeite) en ook met gewichten tot 12 kg
- interval training biceps met pulldown met wisselende gewichten 15 kg - 20 kg -25 kg - 30kg -35 kg
- triceps pull down met 35 kg
- rugspieren getrained met lat pulley en zittend op toestel met kabeltrekken (kabelzittend lat roeien) tot 45kg
- geëindigd met 40 min. cardio met max.hartslag van 136/min.
goede douche
morgen 1 uur kick-fun

je weet triceps is groter als biceps he.. dus wil je grotere armen, train harder en meer triceps.

- 3x15 reps oefeningen voor de schouders : met toestel een soort shrugging
- 3 min fietsen op fiets waar armen met bewegen
- 35 min.cardio met max. hartslag van 133/min. : toestel controleert de spanning : denk een goede hartslag voor iemand van 51 niet ?
- 10 min. cooling down
