vandaag 8 december
- 16 min. warm-up met gewoon gaan met progressieve helling op loopband van 0 % tot 16 % aan 5 km/uur
- 3x10 bench press liggend met 55 kg
- 3x30 buikspieroefeningen met AB-crunch
- 3x15 triceps pulldown met 20 kg
- 3x14 peck deck met 35 kg
- 3x wide grip borstoefeningen met 50 kg
- 3x 5 optrekoefeningen aan vaste stang
- 3x10 oefeningen met toestel voor abductoren
- 40 min. cardio level 3 aan 24 km/uur gemiddeld met een hartslag van gemiddeld 130 met home trainer
- 10 min. cooldown op loopband aan lage snelheid
alles voor vandaag

Ja ik zou alleen.. triceps na borst trainen, anders doe je je borst te kort omdat je triceps vermoeid zijn.
En je buikspieren aan het einde van je training.

Lukie als je nou eens een andere schema gaat fixen..

en wat dacht je van andere sets gaat doen..

zie altijd staan 3 x 10 bench press bijv.

je mag best eens 5 sets doen..

je herhaling mogen er ook 12, 10, 8, 6

weet ik veel verzin iets

afwisseling that's the key..

Je kan dan ook gerust het gewicht wat verhogen.. en niet zeggen ik ben 50 zelfs jij ken gerust zwaarder.

je doet te veel spiergroepen op een dag terwijl je drie keer per week gaat lukie ......
doe dit eens
benchpress
crossover
en nog iets voor je borst
triceps pull
en dan nog twee voor je triceps
en dan je cardio
