Noem je dat een schema? Dat is alleen maar wanneer ze cardio doet

Maar is goed om op te warmen een beetje cardio inderdaad. Doet ze cardio op hoge of lage intensiteit?

Ik zie het overige trainschema niet verschijnen, of heb je dat gewoon niet gepost? aangezien het bij het eetschema posten ook fout was gegaan.

  1. Geen squat bij de been training?
  2. Peckdeck vind ik geen toevoeging bij borst training
  3. rows (barbell of dumbbell) en optrekken vind ik 2 basis oefeningen bij de rug. Ontbreken allebei.
  4. Militairy press vind ik ook een basis oefening. Deze ontbreekt bij schouder
  5. Triceps vind ik dips een basis oefening. Deze ontbreekt.
