Voedingschema aanpassen dat je minder vet eet.
Kijk even bij de sectie voeding, misschien staan daar tips.
Denk er wel om dat als je je vetpercentage omlaag gooit dat je bovenarmen ook iets zullen slinken

Je hebt ook nog de "zottman" curl, die is gelijk aan de staande dumbell curl, alleen proneer je nu boven aan de beweging je onderarmen zodat de polsen nar beneden draaien.
Dan laat je het gewicht zakken.
Draai je polsen beneden weer terug en curl het gewicht weer omhoog.
