Ik heb vrij weinig last na trainen van mijn armen, misschien omdat bij thuistrainen je meer doet of vaker armen doet.
Ik heb altijd de EZ klaarliggen en als ik even boven ben dan doe ik soms gewoon een setje.
Ook ivm die stang, als je erlangs loopt dan trek ik me altijd weleens een aantal maal op.
Wil ik in mijn armen spierpijn krijgen, dan moet ik of een paar weken niets doen ( en dat is geen optie ) of -voor mij- extreem zwaar gaan, en dan voer ik de oefening niet goed uit, dus nee dat doe ik dan niet.

dat klopt je doet vaker je armen als je thuis traint dus je bent meer gewend

biceps branden heerlijk
mag ik dit 3x week doen ?

doe meerder biceps oefeningen
zoals mij optrekken aan de machine waar men tegengewichten moet instellen
hoe meer tegengewicht hoe groter de weerstand
ik weet niet hoe die noemt
bv ipv van de gewicht te verzwaren die je die te verminderen;
voorbeeld: je gewicht min bv. 20 kg
begrijp je
het is een soort van opdrukken aan een stang maar met behulp van een toestel.
is minder belastend voor je ellebogen dan de curlmachine man
vind je dit goed ?

Alleen optrekken het helpt natuurlijk ook je kracht in de armen verbeteren maar is vooral een rug oefening - latissimus

Ja kijk op blz 1, de gewone met EZ bar en losse dumbbells, en dan kan je de hammercurl nemen.
Dat is dus dezelfde oefening ls met dumbbells, alleen de duimen boven houden, en het best voor je borst langs
