Thumbs up Triceps oefeningen

Ik zou wel eens willen weten wie wat voor triceps oefeningen doet.
Dat is vooral omdat ik wil weten wat ik allemaal thuis kan doen.
Ik heb de mening dat ik mijn triceps wat vergeet.

Ken ik en doe ik, en die staande doe ik ook met een zwaarder gewicht met 2 handen vasthoudend.
Maar zijn er meerdere die ik thuis kan doen. ( ik heb geen trainingsbankje )

gewoon op de grond gaan liggen en triceps extensions doen

en als je je zelf kunt opdrukken je handen dicht bij elkaar plaatsen dan wer je meer met je triceps

dippen terwijl je je handen op een stoel plaatst is ook mogelijk.

Hoe staan de verhoudingen trainen biceps to triceps.
Train je de triceps half zo veel, of gaat het gewoon 1:1

pull over is niet voor je triceps dat is een borst oefening .....je triceps maken je arm visueel een stuk dikker ....maar de trainings verhouding is gewoon 1 op 1

pull over is inderdaad borst. Kijk naar hoe je verhouding nu is op je arm, in principe gewoon 1:1 trainen behalve als je achterstand hebt op 1 groep.

Ik doe die wel eens op bed, dat ik het gewicht erachter op de grond heb, en dan moet ik toch wat dieper doorzakken.
Dan voel ik ook mijn buikspieren behoorlijk trekken, dat vind ik ook wel lekker.
Hij is thuis toch wel moeilijk te doen, kijken of ik hem vanmiddag even kan meepakken.

bed veert te veel door, vind ik niet lekker liggen om op te trainen. Volgend jaar staat verhuizing op de planning, en gaat ik een kamertje resserveren voor me powerrack dat ik ga kopen. Lekker thuis knallen!
