Dat begrijp ik, maar toch, wat Jopske bedoelt is de Pullover.
En die oefening helpt je romp ( dus borst ) te ontwikkelen, en spreekt de borstspieren, latissimus en serratus spieren aan.

mensen ik heb een vraag, meschien start ik een ander onderwerp, mijn excuses daarvoor ;p maar bijna bij alle tricep oefeningen heb ik massas pijn in mijn ellebogen? heeft er dit nog iemand anders meegemaakt? kan ik er wat aan doen ?

dat zijn je aanhechtingen van je spieren en dwz dat je je armen net niet goed houd of dat je je overtrained bent dat zou ook nog kunnen .Het beste wat je kunt doen is je oefeningen een stuk lichter gaan doen en alles strict uitvoeren .
